Tre Pizzeria, launched in 2024, is a fast-casual counter service restaurant in Boerne, Texas, offering authentic Italian pastas and cast-iron flatbread pizzas. It combines culinary excellence with convenience, standing out as one of the few chef-driven dining spots in the area.
Our story begins with Chef Jason Dady, who opened Tre Trattoria in 2007, a Tuscan-Italian family-style restaurant in San Antonio. Tre Trattoria quickly gained a reputation for its house-made pastas and rustic Italian flavors. Tre Pizzeria continues this legacy, bringing Chef Dady’s passion and expertise to a new audience in a more casual setting.
